In Amerika wurde dieses Lied aber auch nicht als Single veröffentlich.

er hat darauf nicht reagiert. In Amerika wird das Lied aber auch nicht im Radio und im TV gespielt.

soweit ich weiß hat er da auch nichts drauf gesagt.

Was hätte er auch antworten soll? Denn die einzige logische Antwort darauf wäre doch gewesen:

Es wurde Zeit. Und das dieser Song in den USA verboten wurde, spricht Bände!

Kaufen kann man sowohl die maxi als auch das Album in den USA.

Also im Radio wurde gesagt, dass der Song verboten wurde und die Radio - und Musiksender ihn nicht spielen dürfen. Ob das nun auch für die CD's gilt weiß ich nicht!

Fällt für mich in die Sparte "Bowling for Columbine":
Problem ist, dass der Präsident einfach generell nur schlecht dargestellt wird. Durch den Krieg ist Bush natürlich sehr unpopulär und viele denken sich bei solchen Liedern/Filmen dann: Endlich mal jemand, der sagt, wie es wirklich ist.
Allerdings sind diese Sachen so schrecklich pseudo-objektiv. Bsp: Bowling for Columbine: Vorwurf ist, dass Bush nicht sofort reagiert, als er die Nachricht vom Attentat auf die Twin Towers hört.
Bitte? Stellt euch mal vor, ihr wärt Präsident der USA, wärt gerade in einer Schulklasse und ihr bekämet diese Nachricht. Würdet ihr sofort wissen, wie ihr reagieren solltet? Und was wäre überhaupt die richtige Reaktion?
Bsp Pink: "What do you feel when you see all the homeless on the street?" -> Obdachlosigkeit ist ein Problem, aber das gibts überall. Niemand würde auf die Idee kommen, dem österr. Bundespräsidenten oder -kanzler die alleinige Schuld dafür zu geben.

-> Hier werden Abtreibung und Verbot der Homo-Ehe angesprochen. Der Präsident vertritt christliche Werte, Pinks Text sind typische Aussagen der Gegner davon, sehr aggressiv und zT übertrieben.

Damit man mich jetzt nicht falsch versteht: Ich bin kein Befürworter des Irak-Krieges oder so. Aber Bush jetzt zum alleinigen Sündenbock für alle Probleme in den USA sowie für alle Gesetze., die mir nicht passen, zu machen, ist auch nicht so rühmenswert.

Ich finde es einfach nur geil wie richtig sie die ganzen Probleme auf den Tisch leg die hat auf jeden Fall recht mit allem was sie singt.
Bush is einfach nur sceiße gewesen.
Er hat sich um nichts gekümmert!
